Return Policy

Thank you for taking the first step to more youthful looking skin. We want you to be completely satisfied with every product. All Plexaderm® products can be used for 30 days absolutely risk-free. If you do not see or feel the results that you expected, simply contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of your order to return any product (used or unused) for a full product refund less the cost of shipping and processing. The 30-day risk-free guarantee applies to the first months supply.


Returning products to us is easy and convenient. You must return all merchandise (opened and unopened) within 30 days of receipt. Failure to return merchandise, in Plexaderm’s sole determination, may cause the order to be ineligible for a refund. Your return should also include your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request. The return shipment must be sent to:

All return shipping charges are paid by the customer. To ensure that merchandise is returned safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. Postal Service with insured delivery.


If your refund is accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. If needed we will adjust this policy as required by the laws of the state in which you live.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to fulfill and ship your order in the most efficient manner. Shipping rates vary per the size of your order. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after they are received. We select the shipping carrier according to the shipping method and destination address specified at the time of order.


STANDARD SHIPPING - Orders shipped using the Standard Shipping method typically arrive within 5-7 business days.


Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change. Due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping industry, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. The time period from order to delivery will vary depending on location. Free Standard Shipping applies on all orders within the contiguous Unites States.


Additional shipping and processing fees may apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories, and Canada. Other International Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination and will vary.


WHERE WE SHIP


We ship orders only within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. Please contact Customer Care for all other international orders. Customers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.


SHIPPING PROCEDURES


All orders will be shipped to the address specified in the shipping address section of the order form. We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is typically sent after the first carrier scan. The email may include a tracking number if provided by the carrier. Typically, orders placed before 12 PM eastern time ship the same business day. Our shipping and processing only occurs on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on a Friday after 12 PM, Saturday or Sunday, will not begin processing until the next business day (Monday) unless the next business day is a major holiday. Furthermore, you should exclude non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays as well as major holidays) in anticipation of the arrival of your Plexaderm® products.
